Lithuania’s Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT) has announced that it plans to hold a tender for spectrum licences in the 2500MHz-2560MHz and 2620MHz-2680MHz frequency bands in early 2012. The spectrum is suitable for the provision of 4G services, such as Long Term Evolution (LTE).
