Irish cable TV, internet access and telephony provider UPC Ireland added a net 32,000 broadband subscribers in the three months to 30 September 2011, up 31% year-on-year, for a total of 241,400. The cableco’s new chief executive officer, Dana Strong, said the company reported strong growth in terms of residential and business users across its product set.
