TRA enables select VoIP services?

Oman has reportedly unblocked a number of voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP) services, paving the way for cheaper international calls. According to ArabianBusiness, which cites a report by the Muscat Daily, services such as Google Talk, Viber, FaceTime and MSN Messenger are apparently accessible in the Sultanate, although access to Skype remains restricted
