Romania Cable Systems (RCS&RDS), the cableco controlled by enigmatic local tycoon Zoltan Teszari, has reportedly boosted its subscriber base by around 200,000 net new customers in recent months, thanks to a series of regional acquisitions. According to Ziarul Financiar (ZF), the company snapped up Telemach, which is based in Neamt County, Euro Cable (Timis County), Kabex Prodcom (Cluj County) and Bitzone (Dambovita County) during 1H12.
