International telecoms group Millicom International Cellular (MIC) has announced that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Cablevision Paraguay from Argentina’s Grupo Clarin, for an enterprise value of USD150 million. The completion of the deal, which is anticipated to take place by end-2012, is subject to a number of customary approvals, including authorisation from the relevant regulatory authorities in Paraguay
