According to a report by Kyrgyz news agency Tazabek, the National Communications Agency (NCA) has prepared draft legislation on the proposed introduction of SIM registration in the country. Under the draft bill, the country’s wireless subscribers will be required to register their devices within eight months of the introduction coming into force, after which date all unregistered devices will be disconnected.
