Telkom Kenya (Orange) has announced that it has initiated DC-HSPA+ services in Nairobi, providing end-users with download speeds of up to 42Mbps. The announcement comes almost a year after the company inaugurated its long-awaited 3G network in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu.
