The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) has agreed to extend the mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) licence of Indochina Telecom, after the company failed to launch services by an August 2011 deadline. The Saigon Times cites Pham Hong Hai, the head of the ministry’s Telecommunications Department, as saying that Indochina Telecom has promised to launch services in the next few months
