Virgin Mobile plans to launch mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) services in Argentina this year, possibly in September, local newspaper El Cronista reports. The British company is currently awaiting authorisation from the Argentine communications ministry, Secretaria de Comunicaciones (SeCom), to begin providing services.
