Bahrain's Batelco has announced the commercial availability of enhanced mobile broadband services with theoretical maximum downlink connection speeds of up to 42Mbps on its HSPA+ network. Alongside the upgrade to dual carrier HSPA+ (DC-HSPA+) standard, Batelco has launched new mobile broadband packages with unlimited monthly data usage for smartphones, tablets and laptops, available to new and existing post-paid subscribers
