Coverage of TD’s urban LTE network reaches 50 cities

Telekom Deutschland (TD), the domestic fixed and mobile division of German telecoms company Deutsche Telekom, has announced that coverage of its urban Long Term Evolution (LTE) mobile broadband network has reached 50 cities across the country. The announcement follows the recent expansion of TD’s 4G service, which supports theoretical download speeds of up to 100Mbps, to Berlin, Mainz, Bremen, Hanau, Heidelberg, Bochum and Stuttgart, among others
