German mobile service provider Drillisch has announced it generated revenue of EUR83.4 million (USD102.5 million) in the three months ended 30 June 2012, an increase of 4.2% year-on-year, while service revenue rose 8.3% over the same period from EUR73.5 million to EUR79.6 million. In the first half of 2012 consolidated revenue rose 4.5% and service revenue increased 6.2% to EUR167.6 million and EUR155.0 million, respectively. The company said that earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) climbed 39.6% to EUR18.4 million in the second quarter of 2012 from EUR13.2 million in the year-ago quarter, and leapt 29.3% year-on-year in H1 2012 to EUR33.2 million, the highest in the company’s history
