The Latvian cable TV operator Baltcom has acquired two regional internet service providers (ISPs), local website Db.lv reports. Baltcom has purchased LainNet, which provides services in the towns of Olaine and Jaunolaine plus Latvijas Datoru Tikls, which covers Salaspils.
