UK-owned Cable & Wireless Communications’ unit in Macau, Companhia de Telecomunicaçoes de Macau (CTM), has collaborated with Cisco to develop cloud computing services. CTM, Macau’s sole fixed line broadband provider, said it is preparing for a ‘new era of cloud computing’. Fiona Siu, head of commercial sales for Cisco Hong Kong and Macau, said: ‘Cisco is very pleased to collaborate with CTM, and help CTM to deliver a cloud computing experience to Macau businesses that enables their employees to work together more effectively and efficiently, anywhere and anytime.’
