Orange Switzerland has reported a 2.7% year-on-year increase in revenues to CHF306 million (USD317.8 million) for the three month period ended 31 March 2012, the first quarter of operation since the telco was sold off by France Telecom (FT) to Apax Partners. Meanwhile, earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) were up 31% to CHF86.5 million. The company’s subscriber base totalled 1.62 million, with the proportion of post-paid subscribers increasing by one percentage point to 62.9%
